Phantasy Star Portable 2 Infinity: Chelsea Enchante papercraft

Chelsea Enchante is a former AMF in Phantasy Star Portable 2. One of the persons who also knew the secret bond between Kraz and Ursula.
She speaks with a French accent and has a unique SUV which is called "Tour de Force" (shown in chapter 9 ending cutscene), wherein she summons many Champagne bottles and uses one above her, and when she releases the cork, all of the Champagne bottles released their corks in a firework effect which explode on the enemy. This SUV, however, has not been used in gameplay.
Chelsea is a gentle, kind and open-hearted person who easily befriends anyone in front of her. This can also be considered her main weakness, as being overly friendly can cause her to be perceived as naive. Chelsea is very intelligent and carries herself with a noble demeanor.
