Heliolisk is the evolved form of Helioptile via Sun Stone, a unique Electric/Normal-type from the Kalos region. It is iconic for the large frill around its neck, which flares out like a solar panel to absorb sunlight and convert it into electricity. A single Heliolisk can generate enough power to fuel an entire skyscraper. Known for its incredible speed, it can even run across the surface of water. This papercraft project is an intermediate-level build.
