Utsuho has three legs, with her left leg being the "leg of decay" (in fission ), her right leg being the "leg of fusion" (in synthesis ), and the "third leg" being mounted on her right hand used to control the other two legs. These three legs allow her to control the "ultimate source of energy" - the energy generated by the fusion reaction.
