Star Wars: The Clone Wars - Commander Neyo Phase 2
Neyo, designation CC-8826, was a clone marshal commander during the Clone Wars. He had a disturbingly cold personality, owing to him being one of the first Clones ever sent into battle. He served in the 91st Reconnaissance Corps under Jedi General Mace Windu and later under General Stass Allie, whom he later assassinated during the issuing of Order 66. Like most of the clone troopers, Neyo had an inhibitor chip in his brain, which forced him to obey Order 66 (the order to execute the Jedi) without hesitation or question.
