Rhydon is the evolved form of Rhyhorn, a powerful Ground/Rock-type Pokémon from the Kanto region. Notably, it was the very first Pokémon ever created by the design team. Its horn can rotate like a drill, capable of shattering raw diamonds or toppling buildings. Its hide is so tough that it can withstand the heat of molten magma.
