Retroativamente, ele também é conhecido como Mighty Morphin Blue Ranger ou Blue Mighty Morphin Ranger , embora sejam uma referência ao programa, em oposição aos rótulos adequados.

Billy é o único Power Ranger original que permaneceu em toda a série MMPR e é o segundo Ranger mais antigo no geral, atrás de Tommy Oliver.
