Like the main file with the attachment.
Then you open the attachment. It then has a timer that you have to wait for. On this site, the timer pauses if you open other pages, so, just wait.
Then, when it says you can download it, simple click on that tab, which will allow the zip-file to be saved to your download section.
Then you simply open the zip file with whatever program that you have for such programs.
