[Arknights] Dusk ambience synesthesia skin Papercraft
Yep, I know people here may already familiar with that'famous' papercraft designer, YOULINGKE.
This person just made a'NEW' model of the SAME character with the SAME overall pose of this model, which really destroy a general agreement that we should not make a similar model after someone already done for commercial use
Thus, this model is forced to post ahead before the original schedual.
And this really ANNOY me!
SHOULD ANYONE DO SOMETHING LIKE THIS WITHOUT ANY SHAME???
THIS PERSON IS ALWAYS STOLING FROM EXISTING FIGURES, AND WE NEVER SAID ANYTHING!
What should I do anyone who see this?
I would like to find a good place for exchanging ideas and skills, rather than troubled by such offensive things

I think this is not a big problem. Both your model and youlingke are based on the pose of the pvc figure, right? i saw model style is different between you and him. So I think your criticism for the commercial youlingke model after you is not going anywhere. market competition is very fierce. Which model of the same character is the most beautiful and easy to implement will be favored. About sharing experience, you can create more topics in the Experience section to discuss new ideas, how to draw effective models for beginners, for example. I think it's much more interesting instead of you going to criticize youlingke because he has a commercial kit behind you. And in China, things like this are nothing to be called stealing.

Not that trivial. This model was made so early (actually, in Janurary) that even the pvc version not announced to be made, so there's nothing about'based on the pose of the pvc figure'
And as far as I know he's the only one who copy exist figures for sale.
And it's not mine. I just participated and don't leave a sign. I give advice on the topology and how to simplify model without break it's shape.
It's quit a pity for the last sentence.
I think I can record something like'how to unfold a model using pepakura designer'

About a place where you can exchange ideas and experiences, I think paperzone is a good forum, I'm also learning design model papercraft. i saw some designer working on many other platforms, so after i finish the first model i will want to connect designers

Really?! I'm glad to exchange ideas also and maybe I should spend more time to get familiar with this forum I'm always so busy XD.
And I'm learning programming, I wrote some scripts for papercraft but they are still too rough to put on maybe github.

I also sympathize with you on this matter, but to avoid these situations, I have some suggestions
1. You can switch to selling digital files to reach more buyers, before another author decides to redraw like you
2. You should increase your accessibility so that people can remember you and know you better, for example you can share files (remember to attach your information including your information QR codes (to The best approach is to use links outside of QQ or wechat so that people can contact you most easily, link your shop (you should create shops to help buyers easily best buy eg etsy), personal link, social link (facebook, instagram, twitter, ...) donate fan (Patreon) )

Yes I totally forgot lol!
Ofcourse i always wish to own a personal website to share and to contact. And a email and those popular social media it's always hard to do so here still

I don't think it's hard to build
1. Gmail: the first thing you will definitely need
2. 1 facebook + Instagram + Twitter account (with a name that is easy to remember)
3. If you want something more you can create a Patreon account if you like
4. After having all the contact methods, you can create online shops on the e-commerce platform, eg etsy, gumroad
5. The remaining problem is in designing a beautiful banner with your information, eg like the picture I demoed.
6. In the files you share, you should also include such information to increase user coverage

activities you can also do on PaperzoneVN, because I see that the staff are often very supportive

In my opinion, in terms of short videos, it is true that it will be good for viral but it will often be easily overshadowed by the author, because very few people pay attention to who the author is, if it is simply videos about sample and will also accidentally polish the name of the author who was already famous before
