What if Vegeta used a cooler outfit and took off the armor? Oh, and no more sleeves. That's what this is. Yes, it's the most logical evolution of Vegeta's design but we all know there's a reason he's wearing the armor again in Dragon Ball Super.
Come to think of it, this outfit makes perfect sense. Vegeta has lost pieces of armor since his first appearance. First, the shoulder armor is removed and finally the entire upper body. However, that explanation still doesn't make this outfit any more interesting.
