Unable to download Premium Files

I purchased premium mini about 20 minutes ago, wanting to download two templates that I found out were premium only view/downloading. However when I try and download these, it tells me this:

I am unsure why I am receiving this notice as I have upgraded my account. If I could get some help on this, that would be great, thank you!

I received a gmail from you, are you sure you upgraded to the correct upgrade package?

Because I checked, you only upgraded the kirigami mini package, you did not upgrade the premium zone package

I additionally purchased Premium mini, if needed I can provide a screenshot of my accounts upgrade info. Though if it matters which premium was purchased, please let me know, as I was unaware.
