MEGA Shadow Mewtwo X papercraft
While it is not known to evolve into or from any other Pokémon, it can Mega Evolve into two different forms: Mega Mewtwo X using Mewtwonite X and Mega Mewtwo Y using Mewtwonite Y. It can transform into Armored Mewtwo while holding the Mewtwo Armor. It also has another forme called Shadow Mewtwo, and it can Mega Evolve into Mega Shadow Mewtwo X using the Mewtwonite X.

Ta có giả thuyết thế này: Mewtwo sau khi tiến hóa thành mega thì vẫn mang hình dạng trắng, nhưng lúc đó nấu bếp ko may làm cháy nhà, chật vật mãi mới thoát ra từ đám cháy, nhưng tiếc thay, bô lông trắng đã bị đốt thành đen. Từ đó Mewtwo được người đời gọi là Mewtwo.
