Pinghai was a light cruiser which is constructed by C-Country with an aid of J-country‘s data.Experts in C-Country successfully prevented a potential accident resulting from the stability of the ship before her launch by computation. Compared with her sister Ninghai, Pinghai had various modifications, which included removal of floatplane, reduction of half number of the AA-guns, improvement in bridge design.The modification leds to a result of decrease in speed.(to 21 knots)As sister ships, Ninghai and Pinghai fought side by side at Jiangyin Fortress. Both of them were sunk by J-country aircraft.
