Can't download files

I've disabled my ad blocker and tried everything, but I still can't download the files—it keeps saying "unable to perform." A few months ago, there was a "click to get" option, and I was able to download them without any issues. I've also logged in and liked the video. Please help! I really want to create some awesome papercrafts.

Bonjour, j’ai un problème lors du téléchargement d’un article, j’arrive bien à le télécharger mais quand je veux l’ouvrir il m’affiche les écritures bizarres. Est-il possible de m’aider à le décoder où est l’ouvrir comme il faut je vous ai mis une photo pour vous montrer

Bonjour @Jujuerza ,

Il semble que vous n'ayez pas encore installé un programme de décompression ou que vous essayiez d'ouvrir le fichier avec un logiciel qui ne prend pas en charge ce format (comme Notepad, par exemple).

Veuillez télécharger et installer l'un des logiciels suivants :
Une fois installé, essayez d'extraire à nouveau le fichier.

Do I need a certain number of posts to download files? The Click To Get button is grayed out, after like'ing the post. Trying to download any file in Free Zone, still can't do it.

Yes, I like the first post with the download, and click on the attachment. Button says "Click To Get", but it's grayed out. These files are all in the Free Zone, so I don't know why I can't download there.

I fixed my problem! I had a Firefox AdBlocker extension enabled in my browser, and for some reason it was disabling the download button. I turned off the AdBlocker and the button is now working. Thanks.
