1st, Like the page, with a thumbs up, smiley face or something like that.
2nd, click on the attachment, it will open a new window which will have a download bar.
3rd, click on that bar, and wait until the count down finishes. If you go to any other page in the process, the timer will pause.
4th, when that bar changes, you can download. Simple as that.
You may need something like 7zip to open the file when downloaded.
