Feedback became Ben's favourite and most-used alien, often choosing to use Feedback when a different alien would be better suited to the situation.
In the flashback in Showdown: Part 1, Azmuth came to Earth to warn Ben to stop overusing Feedback as it would have a detrimental effect on his ability to control other forms. Shortly afterward, Malware attacked and Ben chose to use Feedback, despite Gwen advising him to use Diamondhead. Malware managed to remove Feedback from the prototype Omnitrix and destroyed him. As mentioned by Azmuth, due to this, the prototype Omnitrix would no longer accept Conductoid DNA.
